• Loss limits: cap total losses per day, week, or month. Effective immediately. Increases require a seven (7) day cooling-off period.
• Session limits: specify maximum play time per session. The countdown begins when you sign in; when the limit expires, you receive a reminder and may choose to log out or continue playing.
• Wager limits: cap the total amount wagered over a defined period. Upon reaching the limit, further bets are blocked for that period.
• Cool-off period: a temporary pause from deposits and real-money play for a defined duration. It takes effect immediately; upon expiry, there is no automatic reactivation—reactivation requires you to re-enable the limit via Settings.

Self-Exclusion: Temporary and Permanent Options

You may initiate self-exclusion to suspend access for a fixed period or indefinitely. Available options typically include 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Pin-Up account, place bets, or receive promotional offers. The period is applied immediately.

Reactivation will occur only after a cooling-off interval of seven (7) calendar days from the date of the written request.
